Dying YOUNG

I just got the movie Dying Young. I thought it was really good. I had to wait for a life time until I got to see Vincent D'Onofrio, but it was wwell worth it. I am waiting for two more movies in the mail. Sherlock Holmes and Blood of Heroes. I can't wait to see them. I know Vincent likes to play small roles, but I want to see him in the starring roles more often. Does anyone know what his newest movies are?

The Narrows and Staten Island, filmed last summer. The Narrows has only been seen so far at the Toronto Film Festival. Just heard that Staten Island is due to premier on November 5th.

I loved him in "Sherlock." His Moriarty was campy and a bit over the top, but that is what I loved about it. It was larger than life...like VDO.

What Val said, except 'The Narrows' and the Toronto Film Festival isn't until September, so although he made both of these movies in May last year, we're still waiting....you'd think we'd be gold-medal-Wait-ers by now wouldn't you?! ;0)

If you really want to get your blood flowing like sexual lava, then I recommend our Vincent in The Naked Tango which he filmed in Argentina.

If you want romantic, yet dramatically moving, then I guarantee that you will fall in love with his character of Joseph Santangelo in the movie Household Saints.

The movie is often weird in places and Lili Taylor is kabuki-scary in it, but Vincent is perfection as he evolves from randy young bachelor to loving husband, and devoted father of a mentally ill daughter(Taylor).
