daisy

Enjoy vincent with a Daisy...
For the last few years, I have been trying to loose weight and I have to say it is a difficult road. But today I stepped on the scale and found out I weigh 160 pounds. I was losing weight slowly, but it always goes up and down. It seems I have found the right degree of eating. I was 177 pounds three months ago and now I have lost 17 pounds. You do not know how good that makes me feel. I am not trying to make any of you feel bad, if you are trying and can't. I still have a long way to go to be a healthy weight (30 more pounds at least) My ideal weight is suppose to be 102 pounds, but I would be happy at 130 pounds. It seemed for years I could not lose the weight and now everything seems to be falling into place....Yea me.. I haven't stopped eating, I just eat healthier, lots of rabbit food (lettuce) and less of the things I love. I still eat everything, but less of it....Well thanks for allowing me to share...

I'm right there with you!! I have been heavy all of my life! Finally I "hit bottom" on my birthday in Sept. My doctor MADE me get on the scale and I was a little over 200 lbs! (BTW I'm 5'1") It's VERY hard for me to lose weight so I started dieting and exercising HARD! I walk for an hour, twice a day and eat chicken, veggies and yogurt ALL DAMN DAY! But I have lost 48lbs so far and have 35 or so to go. GOOD LUCK to you, well to both of us actually! This is the hardest thing we will ever do! If there's ever anything I can do to help you please don't hesitate to ask :)

Good for you!! I was never heavy. All my life, I weighed aobut 100 pounds, until I reached my 40th birthday, yea, what a birthday present. I finally reached 192 aobut 1 1/2 years ago. I lost some weight, but I had trouble losing the weight once I hit 177 pounds, so there I was going up and down. I'm only 5 feet tall, so I know how you feel. It really feels good to be able to lose and not gain it back....I wish you all the luck and keep doing what it is you are doing. Come back and tell me once you've made it and even if you don't tell me and we can support each other....

Thank you!! I'm determined to hit my goal by August. That's when I'm going to NY and I'm going to hunt down Vincent! LOL
Plus, my mom and my grandma have promised me a tummy tuck once I have lost all the weight. I saw a plasic surgeon and scheduled the surgery for early September. Keep your fingers crossed for me!! Thank you for your support and I'll be glad to support you as well. Feel free to email me anytime. Tricia972@aol.com

Congratulations! It's willpower that's my problem, which is why I'm going to go to the hypnotherapist when I find the time.

I agree about the reaching 40 thing - my metabolism slowed right down, more or less on my 40th birthday!

Let me know if the hypnotherapist works Val.
You mean to tell me it's going to get WORSE then this when I turn 40?!?!?! AAAHHHHHH!! My metabolism is at a slow crawl now! If it gets any slower it'll be crawling backwards!

Giving him a hug WON'T be a problem, but letting go of him may be an issue :)

Congrats on the weight loss. It is a really difficult thing to do. Losing weight, especially as we get "older" is so tough. I have lost 100 lbs in the last 13 months. Only 25 more to go and I schedule my own tummy tuck.
My husband feels like he has a new wife and I feel like a new person too. It's fun to shop for clothes again. I am sure you feel the same way.

So I will race ya to find Vincent first !!!

Keep up the good work !
